Yonah Mountain
Campground is in the mountains of northern Georgia near the Chattahoochee
River and 4 miles from the Alpine Village of Helen. It is also convenient
to the Richard Russell Scenic Highway with outlets to numerous waterfalls.

| Information about this campground: Check-out time is noon. They charge an extra $2 per night for 50 amp service, plus an extra $2 per night for cable TV. No garbage pick-up - you take your own garbage to the dumpster next to site 72. Propane available. No clotheslines allowed. No washing of vehicles. Pets on leash allowed. The campground claims to have a pool, horseshoes, clubhouse, TV Room, Laundry, basketball court, card playing room, fire rings, bathhouse, fishing hole, volleyball, ice and propane sales and internet access. There is a book exchange with lots of books. The TV room is absolutely wonderful. | |
