This
is a mobile home park plus an RV campground. It did not have a lot of
sites that can fit 40 foot RVs or bigger, but there were a few sites.
The site the two RV Gypsies got assigned to was 50-amp and full hook-ups,
and was plenty big enough, and even had a extra parking space for the
toad. The site was long, with nice grass.
The road was a one-way paved road. The campground Wi-Fi was coded,
but much too slow, and it was limited, so the two RV Gypsies used their
own Wi-Fi which worked lightning fast. Great water pressure. The campground
had cable and the TV came in clearly with lots of channels. There was
a heated pool, and two above-ground hot tubs, open on this date until
10:30 p.m. Wow! That is unheard of. A wrist band was required in pool
and hot tub. Age 5 and under not allowed in hot tub. (That is also unusual,
but good for the kids health - actually, Karen Duquette thinks it should
be anyone under 13) Anyone under 14 must be with an adult age 18 or
older in the pool. Too bad Karen just did not find time to use the hot
tub.
Sprinklers are on automatic between midnight and 8 a.m. so they ask
everyone to move personal belongings on their site so they do not get
wet. There were 3 rest rooms with keypad code for entry, and a laundry
room which the two RV Gypsies did not use. The campground served breakfast
for a charge, and ice cream some evenings for a charge.
This area was on Mountain Time Zone and at an elevation of 3,209 feet.
Check-in time was 3 p.m. Check-out time was 11 a.m. with no late check-outs.
Anything Karen Duquette lists about any campground on this website is
always subject to change as time passes. She obviously has no control
over any campground. |
