Lansing Cottonwood Campground had all dirt roads. According to the paperwork from the office, there are 110 sites, but there were only 38 sites on the map. The sites were also on dirt with some grass. Only a few sites had sewers but they had a honey wagon for a fee. Their Wi-Fi did not work at the site of the two RV Gypsies. Only a few TV stations came in. NBC did not come in. ABC kept cutting the sound out. A couple of trains were heard during the day, but none at night at least. Check-out time was NOON.

There were two ponds, but no swimming allowed. There were also two softball fields that local teams use, so at times it could be busy and noisy. The paperwork said there is a laundry, playground area, RV storage area, pool, and restroom-shower area, recreation room, but the two RV Gypsies did not use any of these items, nor explore the campground at all.

The two RV Gypsies did not do anything locally. It was a resting day, a cleaning day, and a grocery shopping day only. Standard campground rules applied.
