The Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers
experienced The Myakka River State Park Canopy Walk
in Sarasota, Florida
- May 24, 2011
The canopy walkway is on a spur trail that goes off of the Boylston Nature Trail. The entire loop trail took the two RV Gypsies about 40 minutes to walk the trail. There were two Towers. The RV Gypsies climbed the stairs to the first tower which was 35 feet high, then they walked on a suspension bridge that was 85 feet long, and continued to the second tower that was 74 feet high. The two RV Gypsies climbed a total of about 171 stairs on this date.

As the two RV Gypsies stepped onto the suspension bridge they saw a Danger sign. No worries - there was not anyone else around except the two RV Gypsies.
