The Pocono Palace Wisecrackers Comedy Club on Route 209 in Marshall's Creek, Pennsylvania holds Funny Fridays with the shows open to the public at $15 per person admission. The two RV Gypsies attended the comedy show on October 11, 2013. |
Brad Lowery was the MC and he opened the show. He was really funny and
kept the jokes clean.
|
Then Mike Burton came on stage as the Feature Act. The two RV Gypsies
did not think he was very funny.
|
Then Brad Lowery came back on and had the audience laughing hard once
again.
|
RC Smith was the Headliner Act. He asked audience members for their
name, occupation, and where they were from, and then he made jokes using
that information. He had the ability to remember everyone's name and
would reference them throughout the evening. Nobody got embarrassed
by this because it was all done in good taste, and the audience enjoyed
his routine.

Although the
two RV Gypsies did not stay at The Pocono Palace, they saw and heard
enough about the hotel to know that it was expensive, but also very
luxurious. This resort is exclusively COUPLES-ONLY, open year-round
and offers a special retreat for a Weekend Getaway or Extended Vacation.
Their All-Inclusive Package offers a wide variety of activities for
one rate. The two RV Gypsies did not see the rooms, but heard the couples
talking and they were said to very romantic rooms - some even have a
world-famous Champagne Glass Whirlpool Bath for 2, In-Suite Pools, Saunas,
fireplaces and much more. |
