Lee
and Karen Duquette,
The Two RV Gypsies
drove though Flagstaff into Sedona, Arizona
October 5, 2022 |
Leaving Winslow, Arizona in
their toad, (their RV was still parked at Meteor Crater RV Park) they
drove west through Flagstaff and then into Sedona. |

Below: Lee and Karen Duquette stopped to
eat at the Hideaway House in Sedona. Walking from their toad which they
parked in a nearby plaza, they walked a short distance to The Hideaway
House to eat, and of course, Karen Duquette just had to take photos
along the way. |

Below: A few photos in the
Hideaway parking lot with a great mountain far in the background. Lee
and Karen Duquette think it is Thunder Mountain. But no matter what
they encounter when traveling, they shine bright, just like sunflowers. |
 |
 |
Below: This picture was taken
one minute after the above Thunder Mountain photo. Lee and Karen Duquette
are not sure if it is part of the above mountain, or another one right
next to it. |
 |
Below: Hideaway House Menu
and Lee Duquette's chicken dinner with roasted potatoes and sauteed
vegetables that he gave to Karen Duquette because he does not like vegetables,
and Karen does like vegetables. |
 |
 |
Below: Karen Duquette had
the Lasagna Rolatini stuffed with eggplant and ricotta, toped with fresh
spinach and house-made marina sauce. It was delicious, plus a specialty
drink for Karen of course, with a real flower. |

Below: Murals on the wall
in the restaurant gave Karen Duquette the idea to try something similar
to this after they finish this RV Trip. Of course the backdrop probably
would not be a beautiful red mountain or a lake. When she actually attempts
this, she might post the photos here. |
