| Views from the RV of the two RV Gypsies - with wild animal poop all around. Although the park worker said there were small black bears in the area, the two RV Gypsies did not see any, although Karen watched out the window of her RV until 2 a.m. each night. | |

| After visiting Seward, Soldotna, Anchor Point, and Homer Alaska, the two RV Gypsies returned to Portage Valley RV Park because there are limited roads in Alaska and backtracking was necessary to get to their next destination of Talkeetna. This time, they took a small cruise to Portage Glacier (link to that site and more is below). | |
| For the first time since being in Alaska, the two RV Gypsies had beautiful sunny weather and Karen was able to enjoy some wine in her "new yard". | |

| The two RV Gypsies took a hike in the woods behind their RV to get a look at the un-named glacier behind the RV Park. | |

| There was wildlife poop and footprints all along the trail. But no wildlife were seen during this hike (just mosquitoes that bit Karen). However, around 10 p.m. that evening, Karen saw a mommy moose and her baby come out of the woods and walk through the campground. There was not enough time to get a photo. | |
