Photos from the two RV Gypsies in New Mexico - THE SPACE MURAL which was contributed by John & Jackie King from Elfrida, Arizona - The SPACE MURAL is located about ten miles east of Las Cruces, New Mexico on US Highway 70

The Space Mural
THE SPACE MURAL - This mural is painted on a 1.2 million gallon water tank on the grounds of the Space Murals Museum, a small private air and space museum located near Organ, New Mexico. The mural depicts the history of the U.S. space program from the early flights of the X-15 to the fatal accident of the Challenger Space Shuttle. The mural also includes the names of several of the flight teams.
